A leadership guide created in response to the Government's SEND and inclusion White Paper, designed to help school leaders translate policy into practice across inclusion, engagement and teacher workload.

The guide was built as Showbie's primary lead magnet for an inbound inclusion campaign targeting MAT decision-makers and school leaders. Rather than summarising the White Paper, it frames the response as five practical leadership questions, positioning Showbie as a trusted voice.

This included creating an internal objection-handling framework for Sales and a data-driven, external-facing ROI infographic translating pedagogical impact into measurable financial outcomes.

By quantifying time savings, operational efficiencies, and cost reductions, I reframed the value proposition from features to total cost of ownership, helping reduce deal friction and strengthen commercial positioning against “free” competitors.

To support the sales team's new business efforts, I developed a one-pager distilling findings from Showbie's 2025 User Perceptions of Pedagogical Efficacy Survey, a study of 327 UK educators measuring the real-world impact of the Showbie platform.

The brief was to translate a data-heavy survey into a concise, compelling asset that the GTM team could use early in the sales conversation to establish credibility and demonstrate evidence-backed impact. Rather than presenting the full survey, I shaped the content around the metrics most likely to resonate with school decision-makers: personalisation, feedback quality, and teacher workload reduction.

The output gives the sales team a ready-to-send, visually clear document that moves prospects from awareness to interest using real educator voices and measurable outcomes.

Website Redesign and Ownership

I audited content for the redesign of our website to improve clarity, structure, and messaging. After identifying gaps in positioning, user journey, and content consistency, I rewrote key pages and refined our value proposition to better align with our brand.

Following the redesign, average engagement time increased, indicating that visitors were spending significantly more time engaging with the updated content.
